Shipping

What to expect when your AC Vest Co. order is on its way.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days. Delivery timing can vary by destination and fulfillment conditions; the current estimate is shown during Shopify checkout.

Separate packages

The cooling jacket and optional power bank are fulfilled separately. If you order both, they may have different tracking numbers and arrive on different days. A partial delivery does not mean the remaining item was cancelled.

Tracking questions

If tracking is missing or appears stalled, contact us with your order number and the tracking number you have. We will review the status of the affected package.
