01How does the cooling jacket work?+
Two rear-mounted fans draw outside air into the jacket and circulate it around your torso. Air exits around the collar and sleeve openings.
02Do I need a battery?+
Yes. A compatible 5V USB power bank is required. Add our power pack on this page or use your own compatible pack.
03What kind of power bank works?+
The jacket requires a 5V USB power bank with enough output for both fans. The optional AC-K9 power bank is listed at 10,000mAh with a USB-A port, digital display, and three built-in cables.
04What is included?+
The base order includes one short-sleeve cooling jacket, two removable 5V USB fans, and the fan control cable. Select the optional 10,000mAh power bank to add one per jacket. The jacket and power bank may arrive in separate packages.
05How long does the battery last?+
Runtime depends on fan speed and the capacity and condition of your power bank.
06Can I wash the jacket?+
Remove the fans, cable, controller, and power bank before washing. Follow the care label supplied with the garment.
07Are the fans removable?+
Yes. The two fan modules and cable detach from the jacket.
08How loud are the fans?+
The fans produce an audible operating sound. Noise varies by speed setting and surroundings.
09What size should I order?+
Use the weight guidance shown with each size and allow room for any clothing you plan to wear underneath.
10Which colors are available?+
The 5V fan configuration is offered in blue camo and gray camo.
11How long does shipping take?+

12Do the fans make the jacket inflate?+
A slight inflation is normal and creates space for air to circulate through the garment.
