Request a return
Contact us with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request. For a wrong, missing, damaged, or defective item, describe the problem and include photos when it is safe to do so.
Wait for instructions
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. The jacket and optional power bank may require different return locations or handling. Never mail a damaged or suspect power bank.
